Products are minimally processed. Heart of Texas honey is never heated and is filtered only to remove bits of wax and insect debris. For this reason, the honey may be cloudy and may crystallize. If you don't want all the benefits of honey, you can purchase super filtered grocery store "honey" which will be clear(is), devoid of benefits and possibly contaminated.
